Hammer Fitness in Helensvale on the Gold Coast (Qld) is something really unique when it comes to Gyms & Fitness Centres.

What we wanted to do is take all the great things we love about Training Centres
Group Training Classes, Boot-Camps, Strength & Cardio, Cross-fit and put them all together.

And then we added a few cool things like a Smoothy Bar, Juice Bar, Cafe & Lounge, area, supplement store, Bio-Scan & Kids area!

We have a real community vibe where everybody knows your name, kind of like the TV series Cheers, but a healthy version!
